Styrofoam Brim Hat Cutout measures 12.5 x 9.5 x 4.5 sits on top of a 10" round gold glitter base, slightly tilted with gold tone silk flowers cascading from underneath. A silk gold ribbon surrounds the top of the hat and topped with a silk bow and silk flower buds and silk leaves. A super fashion statement on any table or event.
