Super Size Horse and Jockey Centerpiece
We were asked to super size our horse and jockey styrofoam cutouts for an outdoor Kentucky Derby party. With that in mind we needed to make the base weighted so it would hold up to wind and make sure that the rod into the base was sturdy enough as well.
The horse measures 36" across x 25" tall plus the clear tube and the base - 14.5" across x 12.5" deep. Silk red roses filled the base for a colorful statement. We bordered the base with a black and white chevron print and topped the center of the base with a bow in the same print.
We were also asked to create some award badges for the different categories that the guest could be acknowledged for best dressed lady, best dressed gent and best hat. In the center of the badge is a gold foil image of the Kentucky Derby trophy surrounded by pleated red ribbon. Red and white stripe ribbon added a grand feel under the paper streamer we printed with gold foil lettering, just adding fun to the event.
We can create other super size cutouts upon request. Keep in mind however that shipping cost will be expensive. The cost does not come in the weight of the Styrofoam cutout but the size of the box.
