Birthday Centerpiece with Faux Balloons

This birthday centerpiece features a number 30 but it could be for any age birthday. The multi color base with large dot printed tissue along with the metallic tissue give a big splash of color. It's generic in style so could be used for a male or female birthday and can be reused several times, just change out the number and replace with another number or perhaps a cutout of the person's name.
